The oceans are alive with life, the forests renew themselves (with a little help from us). The air is fresh where I live.
My vision for my planet: 
Evacuated tube transport is the primary means of transportation on the planet, replacing cars and airplanes. All electricity is generated from renewable sources. Ethanol and biodiesel are the predominant liquid fuels. Permaculture is the dominant agricultural design methodology implemented world-wide. Seedstocks are from natural sources. All food is organically grown, mostly by small, local market gardeners.
My underlying personal needs reflected in this vision for my planet: 
Survival, thrival, a resilient ecosystem for a secure future for me and future generations
